WAREHOUSE ORDER SELECTOR
CANTON, MA 02021
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Order Selector:
-Pick products in a warehouse environment in order to assemble customer orders
-Place completed orders on pallets and stage for pallet wrapping
-Apply knowledge of truck weight distribution and capabilities to plan, organize and efficiently stage product for loading.
-Operate power jacks and forklifts to pick product from three different climate areas
-Communicate with fellow employees for safe transport of goods throughout the warehouse
-Maintain an expected work pace and meet minimum productivity guidelines
-Must be proficient in English and basic math skills
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Freight packing experience is preferred.
-Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
-Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly
-Must be available to work weekends
Starting salary is up to $16.00/ hour, once hired permanently pay increases to $17.00/hour
