Responsibilities of the Sales Administrators:
-Answering telephone calls, handle or route to appropriate personnel
-Developing a relationship with customers by offering answers to questions and concerns
-Taking payments via phone or in person, cash or credit card
-Mailing invoices, sending cards for recommended work, and sales literature
-Updating customer information
-Creating work orders for service calls
-Write up weekly service schedules & sending out reminder cards
-Collections and mailing out past due letters to customers
-Create promotional/sales/informative material for in-house training, customer use, and additional business needs.
-Assist in developing additional marketing venues
-Scheduling incoming service work, or make outgoing calls to customers to schedule required or suggested work.
-Maintain copier and printer stock, refilling when needed
- Billing of parts and labor to customers for work completed.
- Monitoring inventory & prices, and updating as needed, entering Purchase Orders, and reordering replacements and ensuring proper delivery
-Create and maintain budget and price cap programs
-Assist with service dispatching and delivery routing when needed
-Assist and fill in for office personnel, and perform related tasks
-Provide research for new products, services, or locate information, as needed
-General office duties, and additional duties as they arise.
-Minimum-5 years Administrative experience
-Associates or Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
-Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a must
-Must have an upbeat, positive and friendly demeanor
-Ability to work independently
-Strong work ethic and team player attitude
Salary for the Sales Administrators is $43-49k based on qualifications
