Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
-Reviewing technical specifications with clients
-Providing price quotes for projects
-Assisting in turning inquiries into orders
-Providing technical guidance and warranty support to current and prospective clients
-Support the Marketing, Sales Manager and network of sales agents with development of existing and prospective customers to ensure growth targets are met
-Previous customer service or sales experience in a manufacturer or electrical distributor field
-4-year degree from College or technical school
-Previous experience in the lighting industry preferred
-Some knowledge of drop ceilings for commercial applications is also helpful
-Excellent project management skills and the capacity to learn new concepts quickly
-Well-developed communication and inter-personal skills are required
Starting salary for the Sales Administrator is $18.00- $23.00 / hour based on qualifications
