Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
-Provide price quotes, product details and customer support to clients
-Answer incoming calls and take phone messages when necessary
-Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers by phone and e-mail to increase sales
-Work with team members in the field including outside sales representatives
-Handle multiple projects and sales
-Perform a variety of administrative functions
-Minimum 1-2 years office/administrative experience
-Previous sales or sales support experience is preferred
-Well versed in using the Microsoft Office Suite
-Knowledge of software similar to NetSuite, Sage 50 and Sales Force is preferred
Salary of the Sales Support Administrator is up to $16.00 - $18.00/hour
