Currently seeking a Quality Control Manager for a full-time Permanent position in Webster, MA.
Responsibilities of Quality Control Manager: -Stay up to date on applicable government regulations related to plat s manufactured products -Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with quality systems -Recommend actions to improve or correct nonconformities -Delegate tasks to site s quality control team -Maintain all required records -Meet product design requirements byt developing and adjusting inspection/verification techniques -Train and guide team members on all quality control aspects -Investigate root causes of customer feedback and complaints and implement corrective actions
Requirements of Quality Control Manager: -Bachelors of Science Degree in related field -Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing setting with 3 or more years in a quality control role -Previous training and experience in Lean Manufacturing - Knowledgeable of Quality Management systems and industry/government specific regulations -Great management and leadership skills -Strong analytical skills -Superior attention to detail -Team-oriented -Able to meet deadline in a fast-paced environment -Great problem-solving skills -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Strong technical skills
Pay Rate: $80, 000-$90, 000/year
