QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

Job Description

Now Hiring Quality Control Inspector in Sharon, MA for a full-time temporary to permanent position.

Responsibilities:
-Perform inspections at different stages of the manufacturing process
-Interpret, measure and verify mechanical dimensions and tolerances of parts according to drawings and procedures
-Generate reports on discrepancies for rejected parts and products
-Create and maintain inspection/test reports
-Work with the Production, Engineering, Sales and Administrative Departments
-Perform gauge calibration
-Reject materials that do not meet standards and requirements
-Communicate inspection findings to vendors

Requirements:
-Minimum 3-5 years precision sheet metal fabrication experience, full sheet metal mechanic level of experience preferred
-Knowledgeable with ISO 9001:2015 Standard
-Previous experience performing inspection preferred but not required
-Strong 3-view print reading skills
-Excellent written and verbal skills

Pay Rate: up to $20.00/hr
Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
