PURCHASING EXPEDITOR

Responsibilities of Purchasing Expeditor:
-Complete cycle counts of inventory
-Expedite purchase orders that are high in priority
-Monitor inventory levels ordering products as needed
-Maintain Office and janitorial supplies
-Research and compare prices and specification by consulting with vendors, catalogs, online sites, and other product resources
-Follow up with suppliers as needed
-Generate and prepare reports, records, and statistics
-Work closely with Accounts Payable regarding vendor invoice issues
-Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements of Purchasing Expeditor:
-Minimum High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
-Past experience in an office and/or warehouse support opportunity
-ERP/MRP experience a plus but not required
-Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Software
-Ability to work independently or in a team setting
-Basic Math skills
-Able to multi-task while prioritizing task
-Strong time management and organizational skills
-Excellent analytical skills
-Great written and verbal communication skills
-Able to lift 25lb regularly and 50lbs occasionally
Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $20.00-$24.00/hr
