Currently Seeking a Lease Agent for a temporary to permanent position in North Attleboro, MA.
Responsibilities of Lease Agent: -Answer incoming calls and check messages -Call Tenants that are on late rent list -Write maintenance slips -Schedule viewings with perspective tenants -Show apartments to potential tenants -Process and review rental applications -Perform Data Entry -Prepare lease paperwork and schedule/perform lease signings -Vacuum and clean office and restroom bi-weekly -Other tasks as assigned
Requirements of Lease Agent: -Excellent communications skills both verbal and written -Excellent attention to detail -Good organizational and time-management skills -Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word -Ability to work independently and in team setting
