Currently seeking a Facilities Manager for a full time position in Mansfield, MA. This client of ours has been providing services to the community for more than 140 years and are looking for a candidate to join their caring and compassionate team. The hours for this opportunity are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday -Friday

Benefits: Time off including 10 vacation days with opportunity of earning more, numerous sick days and personal days, and 12 Holidays, 401K

Responsibilities of the Facilities Manager:
-Review, improve and manage the operational processes and policies
-Ensure vital services are delivered in support of operational needs and strategic priorities
-Manage and increase the effectiveness of the Operations Support
-Oversee the Operations Support department budget
-Manage and increase the effectiveness of the Operations Support team
-Ensures that facility and grounds are exceptional
-Oversee Office, Event, Inventory and Vendor Management
Qualifications of the Facilities Manager:
-Minimum of an Associate s Degree in a related area
-Must have 7- 10 years applicable work experience, preferably in management
-Effective multi-tasking, leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
-Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of the organization and the ability to delegate tasks
-Successful experience in facilities management, event planning, office management and project management
-Must have excellent time management and attention to detail
-Excellent communication and computer skills required
-Ability to work a flexible schedule as necessary

Salary for the Facilities Manager is up to $65, 000-78, 000 based on qualifications
