Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service champion! This is a full time, permanent position in Foxboro, MA. The hours are 8:30 am -5:00 pm Monday-Friday.

Duties of the Customer Service Representative include:

-Receive and respond to inbound and outbound calls within a Call Center setting
-Provide product availability, pricing, order status, delivery/tracking, invoicing and shipping status
-Provide effective and proactive communication to customer regarding status of service, time estimations and cost
-Administer all warranty and credit transactions
-Forward product and parts orders to Distribution/ Purchasing or Parts Department
-Research and open new service providers when necessary
-Update service logs to track all service work progress from the start to completion
-Perform all aspects of order entry including but not limited to the identification of product and part numbers, selection of appropriate customer accounts and all other data fields required to complete the transaction
-Manage ongoing continuous improvement of revenue recognition from customers
-Special Projects assigned by Customer Service Manager
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

-Associate s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Minimum 2 years of related experience
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
-Sales oriented motivated to develop sales relationships that increase revenue
-Self-starter with a proven ability to trouble shoot and problem solve
-Excellent communication skills
-Discrete with respect to materials of a confidential nature
-Must be extremely detail oriented, organized and possess impeccable follow through skills
-Previous experience working within a call center environment
-Strong computer background proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of Apprise and ACT a plus

Salary for the Customer Service Representative is $17.50/ hour
