Responsibilities of Customer Service Associate:
-Answer all incoming calls and emails from consumers and retailers
-Provide technical product support via phone or email
-Handle all warranty verification and issues
-Respond to customers requests and inquiries
-Electronically log issues for analysis
-Complete other tasks as assigned
-Previous customer service experience preferred
-Must have experience with troubleshooting concerns and inquires
-Be proficient with Microsoft Office
-Excellent phone and people skills
Salary for Customer Service Associate is up to $20/hour
