Responsibilities of Compliance Technician:
-Coordinate and Complete all government, regulatory and compliance survey documents as provided by customers
-Quickly learn new industry, legal and regulatory information
-Apply the knowledge to specific issues or situations
-Assist in the response to general compliance inquiries
-Review customer facing documents for compliance and provide information to Compliance manager for review
-Review standard customer orders in addition to terms and conditions for compliance and action if necessary
-Assist Compliance manager with assigned projects as well as other assignments within a team setting.
-Act as a liaison between other departments regarding compliance items and applicability to business when needed
-Must have Bachelor s degree in related field
-Proficient Computer skills
-Excellent organizational and managerial skills
-Previous experience with project management
-Strong verbal and written skills
Salary for Compliance Technician is up to $45, 000 -$55, 000 based on experience
