Currently seeking an Assistant Supervisor for a full-time temporary to permanent position in North Attleboro, MA.
Responsibilities of Assistant Supervisor include: -Provide back-up to the supervisor in the enamel departments -Delegate tasks to team of employees -Lead team in meeting department goals -Operated hand polisher and other power tools to prepare metal surfaces -Perform grinding, sanding, and polishing of objects - Assist in polishing palm sized metal materials and some smaller pieces
Requirements of Assistant Supervisor: -Minimum High School Diploma or GED -Previous supervisory experience required -Prior experience with administrative tasks in a manufacturing environment -Past enamel experience a plus -Great bilingual communication skills -Able to multi-task and prioritize -Good organizational skills
