Currently seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator for a full time, temporary to permanent position in the Wareham, MA area. The hours are 8:30 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday. This position is within a small family owned business that offers a positive and friendly work environment. They work in the moving and storage business so you will have daily interactions with clients, delivery drivers and office staff. This is a great opportunity to join a well established, family oriented company!

Responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator:
-Daily maintaining and reporting key inventory control statistics in Excel spreadsheets and Windfall warehousing software
-Initiate rechecks and reconciles results.
-Investigate reported variances and provide root causes analysis to ensure validity of results.
-Direct contact with large accounts on a daily basis via email, telephone or on site contact
-Daily communication with in-house warehouse staff
-Create daily reports using Excel and Windfall warehousing software
-Monthly billing of warehousing activity and transportation services to multiple accounts
-Troubleshooting and problems that may arise
-Handling the overflow of incoming calls
-Performing Data entry
-Account coordinating
Qualifications of the Administrative Coordinator:
-Strong customer services and coordinating skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Ability to communicate with clients and upper management
-Excellent Microsoft Office skills
-Strong data entry skills
-Excellent attendance
-Must be willing to learn and work in multiple aspects of a diverse company

Salary for the Administrative Coordinator is up to $16-$17.00/hour based on experience
