Job Description

Currently seeking an Accounts Payable for a Full-time temporary to permanent position in Middleboro, MA.
Responsibilities of Accounts Payable:
-Process and review invoices ensuring accuracy, approval and correct coding
-Enter invoices into accounting systems
-Ensure are paid in timely manner
-Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation
-Perform data entry into computer using Microsoft Excel
-Create formulas and data tables in Excel
-Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements of Accounts Payable
-Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent, Associates degree in accounting or related field preferred
-At least 4 years experience in accounts payable or general accounting
-Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Software
-Data entry skills
-Attention to detail
-Great communication and organizational skills
-Able to multi-task
Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday; hours are flexible but must be able to work 5 days a week
Pay Rate: $21.00-$22.00/hr

This is why when she’s not shopping or antiquing, she enjoys reading, playing the piano, relaxing on the porch, being outside in nature, or learning more about her family genealogy.
