Currently seeking an Accounting Manager for a full-time permanent position in North Attleboro, MA.
Responsibilities of Accounting Manager: -Oversee day-to-day operation of accounting department in a manufacturing company -Process payroll for employees -Performed accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks -Prepare and maintain ledgers, journal entries, and documentations -Supervise accounting team while delegating and assisting in daily tasks -Complete bank and account reconciliations -Complete month-end and year-end close processes -Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory and production variances -Coordinate with external auditors and filing services to support audits and sales tax filings -Identify areas for improvements for processes followed and financial support -Perform other related accounting tasks
Requirements of Accounting Manager: -Minimum Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field -At least 5 years of accounting experience -2+ years in a accounting supervisory or managerial role -Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software -Knowledgeable of manufacturing cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems -Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills -Great organizational and attention to detail -Able to consistently meet tight deadlines -Exceptional Communication and leadership shills
Hours: 7:00am-3:45pm Monday-Friday, 7:00am-11:00am every 7th to 9th Saturday Pay Rate: $90, 000-$100, 000/year
