CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
-Communicate with customers, salesforce, and peer group through meetings, email, phone, and other forms of communication
-Work with co-workers on a daily basis within customer service and other departments
-Provide updates on orders and other aspects
-Complete other tasks as assigned
-Minimum 1 year of customer service and call center experience
-Must have strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
-Must demonstrate a professional, friendly demeanor
-Have good verbal skills and attention to detail
Salary for the Customer Service Representative is $18.75/hour
