Currently seeking a Compliance Specialist for a full-time permanent position in Webster, MA.
Responsibilities of Compliance Specialist: -Ensure company operations comply with relevant regulations and standards -Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, standards, and best practices -Complete regular inspections and audits -Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs for company compliance -Maintain all compliance documentation and record-keeping -Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve compliance issues -Act as point of contact for regulatory agencies -Identify and investigate incidents, non-conformities, and customer complaints -perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements of Compliance Specialist: -Minimum Bachelor s Degree in related field -Certificate in compliance management a plus -At least 5 years experience in compliance management -Previous experience conducting audits, inspections, and investigations -Strong analytical skills -Preferred familiarity with quality management and environmental management systems -Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Software -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Possess indepth knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in industry
