Currently seeking a 1st shift Machine Operator Lead for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Franklin, MA.
Responsibilities of 1st shift Machine Operator Lead: -Provide floor level leadership on day-to-day functions -Ensure department schedule if followed -Notify Supervisor/Manager of any issues with equipment, materials, or manpower -Ensure Traveler and Work instructions are being followed -Report on daily production data -Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met and reject products with defects -Maintain clean work area and ensure require maintenance and up keep of equipment is completed -Train new employees on machine operation tasks
Requirements of 1st Shift Machine Operator Lead: -High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required -Previous machine operating experience -Mechanically inclined -Experience in a leadership role preferred -Great attention to detail -Good Computer skills
